1. Handmade Products
All items sold on our website are carefully handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade products, minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These variations are a natural result of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless there is a quality issue or the product is damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you find any problem.
3. Shipping and Delivery Time
•Standard Products: All standard items are shipped within 45 days of purchase.
•Fully Custom Products: Custom-made orders are unique and require additional time. They will be shipped within 60 days of purchase.
We will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the production and shipping process.
4. Order Confirmation
