Q: Are all items made to order?
A: Yes, every piece is made by hand after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain full control over quality and craftsmanship, and ensures that each item is uniquely yours.
Q: How long does it usually take to complete an order?
A: For smaller items such as wallets and belts, please allow up to 30 days for us to schedule and complete your order. Larger items, such as backpacks and handbags, typically require around 45 days. If you need your item sooner, please contact us in advance to check whether expedited production can be arranged.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Q: Will I have to pay import taxes or duties?
A: We ship from Malta. For international orders, import taxes or duties may apply depending on your location. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in our prices.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: As each item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Q: What kind of leather do you use?
A: We primarily use high-quality vegetable-tanned leather, selected for its durability, aging characteristics, and natural beauty. Learn more About Leathers.
Q: How do I choose the color of a product? The product images show different colors, but there is no color option available.
A: Since all of our products are fully handmade to order rather than mass-produced, we do not keep every color and leather type in stock at all times. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the currently available leathers and colors. If you have a specific color or leather in mind and are willing to wait, we can also source the material from our suppliers for you.
Q: Will the leather change over time?
A: Yes, vegetable-tanned leather develops a rich patina over time, becoming darker and more characterful with use.
Q: Can I add engraving to my item?
A: Yes, we offer complimentary engraving on all items. Each piece is marked using a traditional hot stamping process with custom brass stamps (for example, your name or initials). You can leave your request in the order notes at checkout or send it to us by email.
