Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged upon delivery or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos for verification.
If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Please note:
– Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
– We do not accept returns for change of mind.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
