1. Handmade Products
All items sold on our website are carefully handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade products, minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These variations are a natural result of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
2. Import Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped from Malta.
Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
3. Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless there is a quality issue or the product is damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you find any problem.
4. Production Time
• Standard Products: All standard items are shipped within 45 days of purchase.
• Fully Custom Products: Custom-made orders are unique and require additional time. They will be shipped within 60 days of purchase.
We will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the production and shipping process.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please review the information carefully.
6. Materials & Aging
We use vegetable-tanned leather that will develop a patina over time. Marks, wrinkles, and tonal variations are part of the material and will evlove with use.
